GetCheck is designed to collect only the information needed to create and maintain website health reports and operate the service.
Information we may process
- Domains submitted for checking.
- Report data generated from public-facing website checks.
- Technical logs such as request time, IP address, user agent, error messages, and service diagnostics.
- Account and dashboard information if you use authenticated management features.
How we use information
We use information to run checks, generate reports, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.
Report visibility
Report URLs are intended to be shareable. Anyone with a report link may be able to view the report. Do not submit or share domains if report visibility would create a confidentiality concern.
Cookies and sessions
The public check page can work without registration. Dashboard or account features may use session cookies to keep users signed in and protect account access.
Service providers
We may rely on hosting, storage, logging, email, security, and infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process information only as needed to support GetCheck.
Retention
We retain reports, logs, and account data for as long as needed to provide the service, prevent abuse, resolve issues, or meet operational and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may stop using the service at any time. If dashboard account features are enabled, you may request changes or deletion of account-related data through the available support or administrative channel.
