Authorized website checks
GetCheck may only be used for websites you own, operate, administer, or have explicit permission to assess. Public availability of a website does not by itself create permission to initiate checks through GetCheck.
Prohibited uses
- Unapproved scanning, monitoring, profiling, or repeated checking of third-party websites.
- Any activity intended to disrupt, degrade, overload, or interfere with a website or network.
- Harassment, intimidation, defamation, doxxing, or publication of reports in a misleading or harmful context.
- Attempts to bypass usage limits, access controls, bot protections, or operational safeguards.
- Use connected with spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, infringement, or unlawful activity.
Fair operation
Use reasonable frequency when refreshing reports. Automated or high-volume use requires explicit permission from the operator of GetCheck and from the owner of the target website.
Enforcement
We may block, limit, remove, or investigate usage that appears abusive, unauthorized, risky, or inconsistent with this policy. We may also preserve or disclose information when required to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal rights.
